Shipping & Delivery

Shipping - Please be advised that it was very hard to estimate shipping, as I am only allowed to go by weight. The size of many of these items will make the cost be slightly higher, so I have had to estimate high to account for that. For that reason, I am offering to calculate the shipping charges AFTER you place your order and bill you for the EXACT amount. This will be beneficial if you're ordering one small item or lantern kits, so be sure to consider the option of "Adjusted Shipping" at checkout. Caution though...this may be higher. By choosing this option, you are agreeing to pay this adjusted shipping price. If the shipping isn't paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, the order will be canceled.

If you are local, there is an option to meet with only a $2 charge.

Payment - At the present time, PayPal is the only option for payment. This protects us as the seller, but also you as the buyer. It should allow you to use your credit or debit card without setting up a PayPal account. If you ABSOLUTELY can not use PayPal, please reach out to us. While we do reserve the right to refuse any other options, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that we will NOT offer any sort of COD option or start any custom order without payment.

Customer Orders - Customized items will be planned out and a "mock up" will be made and sent for you to approve. Once you have approved your design, you can not make any changes to it and there will be no refunds given based on the design. Please be sure to look everything over very carefully before approving, checking all placement and spelling. You are allowed to make 3 "minor" changes to the original design. If you want to change the complete design, an additional "set up fee" of $10 may be charged. Custom orders that get canceled after mockups have been made, but before a final product is produced, are subject to a 25% fee.

Returns - Please understand that all of these items are handmade, so there will be small differences from one to another. We can not accept a return due to a small difference from the picture on the site to the product you received. We will do our best to make them identical, but differences will occure. Please reach out to us with any questions or issues.

BE SURE TO PAY ATTENTION TO CARE INSTRUCTIONS!! Some items will require hand washing, etc. It is important that these instructions are followed for the quality of the product. No returns will be allowed if these instructions are not adhered to.

Returns will be allowed for defective items only, especially on custom items. Please reach out if there are ANY issues, as many can be remedied without too much of a hassle.
